How we collect, use and share your information.

1. Who we are
limoserviceniagara.com (“the Website”) is operated by DealFlow Agency Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are an independent lead-generation platform. We are not a transportation company: the limousine services advertised on the Website are provided by our licensed service partner, Chauffeured in Black (15165041 Canada INC, Ontario Licence No. V04-5491140, 4997 Saint Clair Avenue, Niagara Falls, ON). We are the controller of the information you submit through the Website. Once your request is forwarded to the partner, the partner processes that information as an independent controller under its own privacy practices.
2. Information we collect
- Quote request details you provide in our form: first and last name, phone number, email address, occasion, pickup and drop-off locations, travel dates and times, passenger and luggage counts, flight number, preferred vehicle and any special requests.
- Contact interactions: if you call or message the phone number shown on the Website, your call or message goes directly to the partner. We may record that a click on the phone or WhatsApp button occurred (for advertising measurement), but we do not record calls.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, approximate location, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URL and advertising click identifiers (for example the Google Click ID), collected through cookies and similar technologies described below.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. Payment details are never collected by the Website; any payment is made directly to the partner.
3. How we use your information
- To forward your quote request to the partner so they can contact you and provide a quote (the purpose for which you submitted it).
- To respond to your enquiries about the Website.
- To measure and improve the Website and our advertising, including counting conversions from Google Ads campaigns.
- To detect abuse, spam and security incidents, and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your quote details to send you marketing emails or newsletters, and we do not sell your personal information.
4. Who we share it with
- Our licensed service partner (Chauffeured in Black): receives every quote request in full so they can contact you by phone, email or SMS with a quote and fulfil any booking. The partner may retain your information under its own privacy policy.
- Service providers acting on our behalf: form delivery and email relay (FormSubmit and, where configured, Resend), hosting and serverless functions (Vercel), address autocomplete (Google Maps Platform) and analytics/advertising (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads). These providers process data only for the purposes described here.
- Legal: where required by law, regulation, legal process or to protect our rights, safety or property.
5. Cookies, analytics and advertising
The Website may use cookies and similar technologies through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing. These let us understand how visitors use the Website and measure which ads led to a quote request. Google may use the data in accordance with its own policies; see How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or block cookies in your browser. When a form is submitted we may pass a hashed version of your email and phone number to Google for conversion measurement (enhanced conversions); this is used only to match conversions to ad clicks.
6. How long we keep it
Quote request emails are retained by us for up to 24 months for record-keeping and dispute resolution, then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics provider (typically 14 months for Google Analytics). The partner retains your booking information according to its own retention practices.
7. Security
The Website is served over HTTPS, form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections, and access to lead emails is restricted to authorised personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International transfers
We and our service providers may process your information outside Canada, including in the United States and the country where DealFlow Agency Private Limited is established. Where we do so, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives a comparable level of protection. By submitting a request you consent to these transfers.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including Canada's PIPEDA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and withdraw your consent to its use. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your local data-protection authority.
10. Anti-spam (CASL)
We and the partner contact you only in response to your request. Any commercial electronic message you receive will identify the sender and include a way to unsubscribe, in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
